They really take time to look into your problem. Their charge, for luxury car brand, is very reasonable.
Good people and small, friendly dealership.
After I did my homework for what car I wanted (make, model, year, miles per gallon, number of cylinders, mileage, color, price, etc), I was ready for my search on Stevens Creek. My first visit was at the Lexus Dealership, but the only used car they could find for me, had a strong smell from cigarette smoke and the salesman's explanation, was that the smell was coming from chemicals. Next and final stop, was at the Infinity. We were looking at cars outside to locate what I had in my mind, but I couldn't find anything. After few minutes Osbaldo came out and took us inside and things got easier. When I described to him, my dream car, he promised me that he will find it. After some computer search he found what I wanted and he brought it from a different dealer's parking lot and after some test drive, I knew that this used (2 years old) Lexus was for me. Osbaldo gave me the best price he could for that model, he works for DGDG so I never felt pressured by him (he does not work for commission). I was impressed with his friendliness, patience and professionalism.
I went to Stevens Creek INFINITI for the first time this past Monday for a regular maintenance/checkup for my QX80. I really like the service that I received there. Nora is wonderful. I'll come back again.
Hi, Got my New QX50 Here. Talk to John Sturek. He didn't ask for a review but, considering the service he provided he deserves one. A 5 star one. I came to test drive cars at night. I came back the next day to buy. He made sure I knew I was getting a purple QX50, not a Black QX50. Subtle but huge difference. A topic scrupulous salesmen wouldn't have taken the time to brooch. He did and I was very glad the next day to see that there is a huge difference in these colors. Subtle and indistinguishable at night but noticeable in the day. I thank you John. I am loving this new car like you would not believe the AWD in the rain is amazing. Thanks!
Let me start out by saying WILLIAM PERRY IS AMAZING! He is practically my BFF. You can ask him. No, really. William Perry is the only reason I have continued to go to this location and have stuck with INFINITI. If the dictionary had a picture of what "Customer Service" looked like, his picture would be smack dab in the middle of it. William has gone above and beyond countless times for me, but if you've ever encountered this man, you would know he is freaking hilarious. I get one baby ab each time I leave an appointment with him from all the laughs we exchange (and then I cry a little at all the money I have to spend on services). There was one time about 2 years ago I was on the freeway going from Hayward to SJ for an errand and in the fast lane (of course) my car started to jerk and basically stop. Luckily I made it to the shoulder as the check engine light came on and after freaking out and calling my dad who lives nowhere near me, I called INFINITI and spoke with William. He advised me to try and get off the freeway, because you know, we're besties, so my safety is top priority (haha) but to see if I could get the car towed over there so they can get it checked out. He knew how scared/nervous I was, so he reassured me I would be fine and even though he was busy (he didn't say he was, but I knew because he was always busy and so is this location) he would let the woman at the front know I would be coming in. The tow truck arrived later than expected and I called William again to apologize and to let him know. William let me know it was going to be cutting it close to closing but he wanted to make sure I was taken care of so he started all the necessary paperwork and was even able to get a loaner car for me. I apologized profusely and told him the ETA was about 10 mins after closing and he told me not to worry about it and to just bring him an ice cream sundae next time (one day I will actually do this since we always joke about it). The woman at the front desk told him she didn't mind staying and he could leave the key and all the info with her. By the time I arrived I had tears in my eyes because of how much they had helped me out. They made my extremely stressful and frightening day just a little bit less stressful and now all I had to do was worry about how much this whole engine thing would be. A few days later William called me and told me it ended up being my radiator (I believe, I could be lying at this point) and it was about $800...then took a long pause. My heart sank . And then he goes "BUT GOOD THING YOU HAVE WARRANTY ON IT...So it's covered" I told him I hated him because he almost gave me a heart attack . Obviously, if we didn't have that rapport, he would have approached it differently . And when I do have things that are not fun charges, he doesn't approach them that way. But these are the types of things that William does. He takes care of his customers. This isn't the first time and I know it's not the last time. YOU DA BEST WILLIAM!
Fast and friendly, even with a walked in
